Stays fresh for up to 30 years.*
One can makes almost 100 pancakes!
Adds 5,120 calories to your emergency food supply.
An excellent source of 12 essential vitamins and minerals.
Just add water prep, but tastes like restaurant flap jacks.
Makes waffles, muffins, cookies, and pizza crust too.

Serve in Five Minutes or Less
You never know when a crisis will come around, but you'll enjoy peace of mind knowing you can prepare a tasty start to your morning no matter what comes your way.
Our Buttermilk Pancake Mix allows you to quickly and easily whip up a batch of pancakes. Just add water for a filling breakfast in less than five minutes!

Make More Than Pancakes-Now or Decades Later
While our Buttermilk Pancake Mix was designed to serve you during a disaster, this versatile mix can be used for so much more-even on an ordinary day.
If your family prefers pancakes every morning, swap your store-bought pancake mix for ours. Top them off with berries, bananas, or chocolate chips for added flavor.
In addition to making light and fluffy pancakes your family will love, you can also use this mix to make waffles, crepes, cookies, muffins, and pizza crust. Don't settle for the same old, same old. Having an array of options-in an emergency or otherwise-is a luxury you CAN afford! LONG-LASTING and RELIABLE
Unfortunately, many breakfast foods and mixes people purchase for their emergency pantries come with a looming expiration date.
It's not uncommon for these foods and mixes to require items like eggs and milk, which don't last long and spoil quickly when electricity is lost.
Our Buttermilk Pancake Mix needs nothing but water for mixing! With waterproof and pest-proof packaging, this mix can be stored safely for up to 30 years if unopened-no refrigeration required.
Whether you lose power, need to evacuate, or simply want a quick and convenient breakfast, cook these pancakes on a skillet, grill, or over a fire for a comforting meal you'll love.
